Who We Are: The Faith Formation program for children in grades K - 5 provides a variety of opportunities to help the children of our parish grown in their faith. We believe that parents and families are the best teachers and that Faith Formation begins at home. Our goal is to build on that foundation.

What We Do: We provide faith lessons and instruction, games, crafts, books, videos and music in our classroom sessions each Sunday morning during the public school year. Our focus is introducting Catholic teachings and practices by creating a faith community of children ages 5-11 within our parish. Parents must be registered members of St. Gerard Majella Catholic Church. Vacation Bible School is held for one week each summer and is an exciting and fun/faith-filled week of games, crafts, music, and worship. Trunk or Treat is a popular fall activity involving a faith-oriented approach to celebrating Halloween with the families of our parish.

When We Serve: Classes meet on Sunday mornings from 9:00 - 10:30 a.m. Class schedules follow the local public school schedule with breaks in the fall, at Christmas and in the spring and summer.
